I am strength and courage
Depth of knowing and holdignd fast
I am resilience and sturdiness, stubbornly
Going beyond the realms
I am an ally of souls deceased
Supporting their journey to the other realm
I am a boat to sail safely there
And guide you on your way That energetically there will be a death of sorts
But there will be strength
Cut to the core, truth and life
Life awakening like never before
Opening in corners never swept and dark
Windows opening and hearts swung like open doors
This is why you have come
You are being pulled into a period of deep self-nurturing having neglected yourself for so long. Nettle’s mothering and fiery leaves are wrapping themselves around you now to bring you deep nourishment, healing and care. Go within and protect your beautiful heart.
You have been holding back in the shadows wondering if you are good enough far too long. You are starting to feel the prickles of resentment and anger of being hidden and quiet too long. You are ready. The space you have occupied has become too small and you are growing beyond it. Dandelion is here to tell you that the time is right to step out. Step into the sunshine and allow yourself to be seen. You don’t need to be ready, you just need to be you.

This truth is a calling, a calling of all elements together, all energies like the bell chiming through to awaken and hear that which is felt. Send out the messengers and tell all what is felt for this is not news but a rippling of feeling. A silent awareness that the emotions unspoken are part of us all and with this knowing and feeling a change can be created from within.

The Wisdom of Willow
The willow is sweet, not bitter
She opens to water, growing by her side
Like a path into the abyss
Leading us back to the source
Releasing emotions and transferring them back home
For a purifying peace
Her back is arched, she is soft
Bending her branches so they do not break
She softens the hardness inside
And allows it to flow
Willow is a bridge over water
Wrapping itself around to make shelter
Creating a path to future calm
Weaving a web delicate and barely seen
She cries ancestral tears
So her children will not bear them
Finds them inert and hidden in bones
Purifying and purging with love
Like the line to hang all our worries on
Pegging them out to be washed away
Taking it all and releasing it
Into the water of life
The watery willow speaks of the heart
Opening it front and back,
Allowing connection by softening each muscle and bone
For emotions to sail on the river of her tears
Bringing soothing and calm
Deeply cleansing of mind and soul
Purification of water and opening up blocked flow
